Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain highly scalable REST APIs and microservices for our Content Services platforms.
* Develop and deploy robust cloud-based applications and event-driven architectures utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kafka.
* Integrate existing enterprise platforms with cutting-edge LLM/AI-based applications and machine translation services for multilingual content processing.
* Ensure system reliability and code quality through automated testing, proactive monitoring, and comprehensive production support.
* Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile environment, including Git version control, CI/CD pipeline management, and peer code reviews. Must-have Skills




* 5+ years of professional experience in application development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot (Primary Skill).
* Advanced English level (C1/C2) with excellent technical and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proven expertise in designing and integrating REST APIs and microservices.
* Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (GCP preferred) and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
* Solid foundation in modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, automated testing, Agile methodologies). Nice-to-have:
* AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
* Novice to intermediate familiarity with LLM/AI-based applications and building/consuming AI APIs.
* Experience building solutions for content-management, digital publishing, or media platforms.
* Background in handling machine translation pipelines or large-scale multilingual content processing.
