About the Role
This is a highly autonomous role for a product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into products used by millions. What You’ll Be Doing
* Safety & legal product strategy and delivery.
* Internally developed moderation technologies.
* Third-party safety partnerships and integrations.
* Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance.
* Red teaming and adversarial testing.
* Trust and safety reviews for new features.
* Incident follow-through and continuous improvement. The position is fully remote (within CET ±3), long-term,



and offers compensation of up to €112,000 for the right candidate. What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of AI, machine learning or LLM-based products.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and success metrics.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design and data teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A highly proactive, ownership-driven approach.
