Enginy, a Barcelona-based AI-native GTM platform, seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist.
The role owns how leads are tracked, attributed, nurtured and handed to Sales across Spain, UK & Ireland, DACH and Italy.You'll build reporting and automation to reduce manual data pulls while expanding our data-driven approach.
You'll work hands-on with HubSpot, GTM, Looker/Looker Studio, and Claude/Codex to design scalable systems that improve funnel performance.
