Your Tasks Develop and maintain manufacturing instructions, standards and process documentation, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory and internal requirements.
Own and continuously improve paint, sealant and CPC manufacturing processes, including the definition and optimization of manufacturing cycle times, labor standards and process capacity.
Provide day-to-day technical support to production, resolve process-related issues, participate in root cause investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost and delivery, while supporting the qualification, validation and deployment of special processes and new technologies.
Interact with Structural Engineering to ensure manufacturable and compliant design solutions, and collaborate with Materials
