? What will you be working on?

Your responsibilities will cover a broad range of activities, including:

- Analysing remuneration practices and market trends to provide recommendations on competitive reward strategies.
- Supporting the planning and execution of employee reward programmes and annual compensation cycles.
- Developing reports, financial analyses and insights related to workforce costs and HR indicators.
- Contributing to workforce planning, budget preparation and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Reviewing HR practices and identifying opportunities to improve processes, policies and employee programmes.
- Supporting the evaluation of roles, salary positioning and organisational consistency.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
- Contributing to HR digitalisation, data management and process improvement projects.

? What are we looking for?

We would like to hear from professionals who bring:

✔An academic background in Business, Economics, Finance,



Human Resources or a related discipline.

✔Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or related HR functions.

✔Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

✔Experience working with compensation data, financial reporting and HR metrics.

✔Advanced Excel skills and proven experience working with Workday.

✔A structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach.

✔Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.

✔Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

✔Professional fluency in English.
