Role Description The Tramitador siniestros hogar is responsible for managing and processing home insurance claims from initial notification to resolution. This full-time, on-site role based in Madrid involves receiving and validating claims, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with insured individuals, suppliers, and technical professionals, and updating case information in internal systems. The role includes assessing coverage according to policy conditions, arranging repairs or services, monitoring the progress of each claim, and ensuring timely,



accurate communication with all stakeholders.

The Tramitador siniestros hogar works closely with other team members and departments to ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience for policyholders.

Qualifications

- Experience in claims handling or customer service, ideally in home insurance or assistance services.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with office software and claims management or CRM systems.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions within established procedures and policy guidelines.
- Customer-oriented approach, demonstrating empathy, resilience, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Previous experience in the insurance, assistance, or services sector is a plus.
- Relevant vocational training or education in insurance, administration, or a related field is desirable.
