About the Role

Head of Corporate Finance & Accounting | Madrid

Responsibilities

- Lead statutory accounting under Spanish GAAP (PGC) and monthly close
- Prepare reporting and consolidation packages for our parent group
- Coordinate external audit and statutory filings (Registro Mercantil, Tax Authorities)
- Manage relationships with external tax and legal advisors
- Manage intercompany transactions and support treasury, intragroup funding and cash management
- Build and improve finance processes and controls

Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Spanish statutory accounting and tax compliance




- Experience in multinational or group reporting environments; knowledge of IFRS is a strong plus
- Experience managing intercompany financial transactions, including cross-charges, cost reallocation and the settlement of balances between group entities
- Experience coordinating cross-border cash flows and fund transfers between companies within an international group
- Spanish and English required (both fluent); French is a plus
- Hands‑on, autonomous profile, comfortable in a growing organisation
