About the Role

Eravolve is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to manage client engagements for US-based projects. You will collaborate with US companies, work closely with management teams, and support projects across diverse business environments.

Responsibilities

- Participate in daily stand-ups and Scrum meetings to manage US projects after acquisition.
- Be available for at least six hours per day during the Eastern Time Zone.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to the engineering team to support daily progress and project delivery.

Compensation

- Hourly rate of $60–$80 for the first two months.
- After the initial two-month period, a monthly base salary of $2,500 .
- $500 bonus for each project secured.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- English proficiency at a minimum C1 level, with clear and concise communication skills.
- At least 8 years of professional software development experience .
- At least 3 years of experience in a lead or architect role .
- Proficiency with technologies such as Python/Django , React/Next.js , and .NET .
