We are looking for an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to support the growth and success of our global partner ecosystem. This role combines technical training, partner onboarding, documentation management, and enablement strategy. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams to help partners understand, position, and implement AI-powered software solutions successfully. on role ideal for someone who enjoys bridging technical and business teams while building scalable training and enablement programs. Partner Training & Enablement Deliver training sessions on platform capabilities, integrations, automation workflows, APIs, and implementation best practices Manage and improve the company's partner training academy Update outdated learning materials and create new enablement content Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to build structured learning paths, documentation,



and training videos Gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to continuously improve training content Become a trusted enablement contact for general partners Sales, Technical Training, Implementation, or similar roles Experience with APIs, integrations, technical onboarding, or software implementation Strong presentation and communication skills in English Experience creating training materials, SOPs, documentation, or knowledge bases Good understanding of SaaS platforms, automation technologies, AI tools, or enterprise software Professional proficiency in English required; German and/or French is a strong plus Career growth opportunities within a global partner?If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us. #
