You will help define how artificial intelligence, agentic workflows, and emerging technologies are embedded into Digital Finance solutions used across Novartis. Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy and roadmap for high-impact Digital Finance products with enterprise-wide visibility and reach. Drive product decisions using customer insights, data, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes. Make tough prioritization calls on what to build, integrate, or stop

Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Influence stakeholders across Finance, Digital, and Business functions to align priorities and outcomes. Essential Requirement s Significant product management experience leading digital products from strategy through ; Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams. demonstrated ability touse data and evidence to drive decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage both product delivery and operational performance; experience monitoring post-launch metrics and driving continuous improvements at scale. understanding of quality evaluation, risk mitigation, and responsible AI deployment in enterprise contexts. Experience building products within enterprise software, analytics, decision-support, or technology-driven environments. Excellent communication skills with fluent English and the ability to engage diverse integral audiences. Desirable Requirement s Experience partnering closely with data science teams to deliver AI and ML solutions; hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features and understanding responsible AI principles (auditability, risk controls, human-in-the-loop design). data/AI certifications (cloud AI fundamentals, analytics); or non-linear background (engineering, data science, business) with strong product judgment.
