About The Role
Our API Sales team enables leading enterprises to build directly on top of our global financial infrastructure. We're looking for an API Enterprise Sales Executive to drive enterprise deal cycles, from initial conversation through close and early account growth, by overseeing a diverse customer book.
What You'll Be DoingBuilding a network of enterprise customers across industries, opening doors to generate revenue across payment solutionsOwning deals end to end, from sourcing the opportunity, getting the customer live, and deepening the relationship in the long termEstablishing a trusted, strategic advisor relationship with customers by demonstrating continued value through available featuresManaging and reporting accurate forecasts and pipelines,



achieving sales goals on a quarterly basis, and mentoring other sales executives on strategies to reach their goalsPartnering with Product, Operations, Business Development, and other teams to deliver an exceptional launch for every customerWhat You'll Need4+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or paymentsKnowledge of selling API-based solutions and products, like card issuing and payoutsA proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas within ambitious and fast-paced sales environmentsExperience creating partnerships with third-party companies to launch B2B servicesCuriosity and the ability to learn quickly and to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsFluency in English and GermanNice to haveExperience in a reputable, high-growth startupA network of business partners relevant to our payments featuresFluency in other languagesBuilding a general financial super app isn't enough.
