Your responsibilitiesDrive Digital Transformation: Advise and support our HR stakeholders in the end-to-end implementation, enhancement and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals.
Analyze business requirements, challenge existing HR processes and design scalable, cutting-edge solutions—leveraging AI capabilities and emerging technologies to keep our systems ahead of the curve.
Hands-on Configuration & Enablement: Lead workshops, present best practices and independently configure both the Learning and Performance & Goals modules to continuously elevate user experience, process efficiency and business value.




Assume full responsibility for your dedicated functional areas from day one, drive strategic initiatives and actively shape the evolution of our integral Talent & Learning technology landscape. xhfqzwm Lead Impactful Projects: Plan, manage and coordinate complex Talent Management system projects in close, collaborative partnership with HR functions, business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external implementation partners.
