Introduction

As a Production Operator, you will ensure that materials are accurately cut to size and prepared for the next stage of the production process. You will operate modern machinery, inspect the quality of the products, and ensure that everything runs according to schedule. Do you enjoy hands-on work and have an eye for detail? In the cutting department, you will work with modern machinery to process materials to precise specifications. Together with a motivated team, you will help ensure a smooth and efficient production and logistics process.

Function

As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for cutting materials from large rolls to the required dimensions based on work orders and product specifications. You will set up and operate cutting and winding machines safely and accurately. During the production process, you will inspect dimensions, product quality, and any signs of damage to ensure that only products meeting the required standards are processed.

In addition, you will label finished products and accurately register them in the system. You will move material rolls to and from the warehouse, carefully package finished products for shipment, and monitor the stock of packaging materials.



If you notice a deviation or a minor machine malfunction, you will report it promptly and take appropriate action or inform your supervisor when necessary.

You will work in a three-shift rotation with the following working hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Job Requirements

What We Expect from You?

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- A valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate is an advantage.
- You have good technical insight and work accurately.
- You are physically fit and able to handle heavy material rolls.
- You can work independently while also being a strong team player.
- You have a good command of Dutch or English.
- You are willing to work in a three-shift rotation.
