The Email Marketing Specialist will carry out the following tasks, including:
* Daily email marketing, coordination, creation, and execution of campaigns
* Daily work with data management systems, technical platforms, AI tools
* Analysis and optimization of email campaign performance (statistics, reports, etc.)
* Coordination with sales, recruitment, and marketing teams to ensure that email
* campaigns for events and programs are communicated effectively worldwide.
* Solid knowledge about best practices of email and GDPR compliance
* Email marketing projects as needed, including redesigning HTML templates, email
* channel/industry improvements & updates, creative & design improvements, etc.
* Occasional coordination with agencies for creative and technical projects
