As an Account Manager you will be the bridge between Allianz Technology stakeholders and the customers.
Your customer will be the Operating Entities of Allianz Group to which Allianz Technology deliver IT services.
What you do Attend quarterly Account Meeting with customers ? stakeholder including COO and CIO – Chief Investment Officer (preparation, topics leading, follow-up).
Run Net Promoter Score exercise (e.g. Selection of participants; meeting coordination; result consolidation; action tracking) Monthly financial meeting (customer management level/dispute handling), issue
