About the role We are looking for a senior Technology Services Lead to lead technology transformation initiatives and the evolution of IT services for strategic clients.
Key responsibilities Lead technology transformation and IT services initiatives.
Define technology strategies, service models and value propositions aligned with client needs.
Act as a senior interlocutor with business and technology stakeholders .
Identify and develop new business opportunities related to technology services.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Cloud, Data, AI, Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Operations .
Develop proposals, business cases, technology roadmaps and executive presentations.
Drive innovation and adoption of Generative AI and emerging technologies .
Requirements Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT services or technology transformation.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of Cloud, Data, AI, Applications, Infrastructure or Cybersecurity.
Experience in pre-sales, business development,



technology proposals or managed services .
Strong communication, negotiation and executive presentation skills.
English C1 .
Residence and work authorization in Spain required.
Nice to have Experience in a global consulting firm, systems integrator or IT services company.
Experience with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, SAP, Salesforce or Oracle .
Experience in managed services, application modernization or Cloud/Data/AI transformation.
Experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude.
