Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior analyst in Madrid to manage invoice-to-cash collections and dispute resolution for strategic customer accounts. The role combines collections strategy, complex dispute handling, and cross-functional collaboration within the Integral Finance organization.

Responsibilities

- Manage collections and accounts receivable for high-value, complex customer accounts through negotiation and dispute resolution
- Own end-to-end dispute lifecycle for strategically important accounts, from investigation through resolution and posting
- Lead performance management of collection KPIs against service-level agreements and drive corrective actions
- Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point for internal stakeholders on collections, disputes, and revenue issues
- Identify and execute process improvements,



leverage technology, and ensure audit readiness and controls compliance

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline
- 4–6 years of invoice-to-cash process experience, with deep expertise in collections and dispute management
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry background preferred
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and advanced Portuguese (oral and written)
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning systems
- CPA, CMA, or MBA certification preferred
