The role combines financial planning, sales operations, and team leadership to drive business growth and execution across the region. Responsibilities Partner with Iberia senior leadership on strategy development and analytical insights Manage financial planning activities including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; reporting Execute sales operations deliverables such as territory design, quota setting, and customer targeting Develop board-level presentations and regional performance tracking materials Lead and develop a team of analysts while prioritizing concurrent stakeholder requests Requirements ~ Bachelor's degree; Master's in business, economics,
