Responsibilities

- Set strategic direction for general logistics and kit production operations
- Build, develop and mentor high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and scalable supply chain solutions
- Manage vendor governance, contracts, supplier performance, budgets, and margin targets
- Ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness across global operations

Requirements





- Significant leadership experience in global supply chain, logistics, or clinical trial operations
- Proven track record leading international teams in complex operational environments
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including vendor and budget oversight
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research industry
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to lead organizational change
