Responsibilities

- Create and publish content for internal communication channels, newsletters, and announcements
- Coordinate town halls, employee engagement initiatives, and internal campaigns
- Support media relations, draft press releases, and monitor media activities
- Develop social media content and track engagement metrics across channels
- Provide logistical and communications support for internal and external events

Requirements

- Degree completed or in progress in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Native-level Spanish with strong written and spoken communication
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities; clarity in complex information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and collaborate
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; social media or basic design experience preferred
