Solera is seeking a driven HR Coordinator to partner with HR Business Partners across EMEA. You will support the implementation of our HR strategy, ensuring quality inputs for decision making and contributing to the One Solera initiative. You’ll manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR processes and HRIS data in Workday, and help drive HR efficiency with metrics. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are fluent in English and German, this role is for you.
