Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. This role is a temporary replacement for 6 months. Collect, validate, and submit payroll, attendance, leave, and time-correction inputs. Maintain accurate employee and organizational data in Workday and other HR systems. Coordinate recruitment administration, offers, pre-employment activities and joining formalities. Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, vacancies, turnover, absenteeism, payroll, and employee movements. Address employee concerns and support people leaders with policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and corrective actions. Ensure confidentiality, compliance, data accuracy, and timely completion of all HR processes. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field 4 to 7 of relevant HR operations or HR generalist experience Practical experience in payroll, time and attendance, Workday, employee data,
