KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid funnels, and post-purchase upsells. You set strategy, build the backlog, brief QA teams, launch tests and ship winners, driving growth across both brands.
You will join a fully remote, fast-moving team with 3–4+ years CRO experience, deep Intelligems know-how, and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV, or revenue per visitor through paid funnels and optimized offers.
