The role is focused on troubleshooting, configuration, and data integrity within Document Management applications, with hybrid work in Madrid (3 days office, 2 WFH).

Requires 3–5 years in second-line IT support, Linux/Oracle expertise, ITIL familiarity, and English proficiency (B2+/C1).
