Senior Product Manager (Trust and Safety) – High-Impact Product (CET ±3) - fully remote - up to €112k

About the Role

This is a highly autonomous role for a product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into products used by millions.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Safety & legal product strategy and delivery.
- Internally developed moderation technologies.
- Third-party safety partnerships and integrations.
- Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance.
- Red teaming and adversarial testing.
- Trust and safety reviews for new features.
- Incident follow-through and continuous improvement.

The position is fully remote (within CET ±3), long-term,



and offers compensation of up to €112,000 for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning or LLM-based products.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and success metrics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design and data teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly proactive, ownership-driven approach.
- Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
