Constructor is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn programs and manage paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio. You will turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right buyers at the right stage and build pipeline.
You’ll own the channel end‑to‑end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimization.
