€95,000 per annum Package: All Travel & Accommodation Provided Travel: Approximately 2 Weeks Per Month Across Europe The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing international contractor delivering major construction projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional looking to take ownership of high-value projects while benefiting from a adaptable working arrangement. You’ll spend approximately two weeks per month on-site across European projects , with the remaining time working remotely from home in Madrid. All project-related travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered.

Key Responsibilities




Oversee commercial performance across multiple European construction projects
- specifically MEP packages on data center construction projects Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance. Lead contract administration, commercial negotiations and subcontractor management. Identify and manage commercial risks, variations, claims and opportunities. Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure commercial objectives are achieved. Manage procurement strategies, subcontractor agreements and
