Working in an international context, as part of the Credit Management team, we are looking for a Greek speaker Account Manager whose responsibilities will include the following:Ensure a transparent and accurate management of accounts for which you will be responsible forEvaluating financial records and conducting solvency analysis of our client’s portoflioSetting the most appropriate payment conditions by negotiating with customersManage and monitor payment plansMatching incoming payments and maintaining accurate transaction recordsResolve on a timely fashion manner disputes / discrepancies that prevents customer from payingProactively contacting clients regarding outstanding balances and executing collection proceduresEstablish a privileged and trustable relationship with suppliers and buyersBe a Team player, able to cooperate closely with other departmentsProfile required2/3 years' higher education with a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management or equivalentExperience in Credit Management appreciatedBilingual in Greek, good level of English required (reading, writing, speaking), Italian would be a plusProficiency in Pack Office required (Word, Excel)SkillsTeam spirit and good communication skillsGood interpersonal skills, ability to listen to our customersAutonomy, initiativeProposal-drivenAbility to analyze and summarizeOrganizational skills, rigorAbility to adapt to the use of our in-house softwareJob informationBased in Milan (Italy) or Barcelona (Spain) or in UKPossibility of teleworking up to 3 days a week – After probation period
