AtSolo Talento, we are looking for anHR Generalistto join a leading multinational company within thepharmaceutical industryfor a12-month temporary contractbased inBarcelona.
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working closely with employees and managers and is comfortable managing a broad range of HR topics in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a keyHR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on day-to-day people matters.
Manage and support thefull employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, internal movements and offboarding.
Coordinate HR administration and ensure employee information and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Supportrecruitment and onboardingactivities in collaboration with hiring managers.
Participate inperformance management, talent development and employee engagementinitiatives.
Support compensation, benefits and payroll-related processes.
Provide guidance onemployee relations and Spanish labour regulations .
Prepare and monitor relevantHR reports and KPIs .




Participate in local and internationalHR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
What Are We Looking For?University degree inHuman Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administrationor a related field.
Previous experience as anHR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably within a multinational environment.
Good knowledge ofSpanish labour legislation .
Experience across different areas of the employee lifecycle.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset .
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and international environment.
Fluent Spanish and English .
Previous experience within thepharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industrywill be highly valued.
