Mise en Place:Master the art of preparation and organization to ensure seamless service in a high-volume, 5-star setting.
Gourmet Execution:Assist in the creation of sophisticated dishes,



focusing on plating techniques and flavor profiles that meet AMResorts' global standards.
Food Safety:Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) within the kitchen.
Innovation:Participate in menu briefings and learn about local Canarian ingredients and sustainable sourcing.
What We Are Looking ForEducation:Currently enrolled in a Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or Hospitality Management program.
Passion:A genuine love for food, a "can-do" attitude, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Language:Intermediate level ofEnglish or Spanish(both is a plus).
Adaptability:Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Permits:Eligibility for an internship agreement ( convenio de prácticas ) through your university.
