A technology services business specialising in managed IT, infrastructure and digital transformation is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support client environments and improve software delivery. The role: Working closely with clients and technical teams, you’ll manage environments from development through to production, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and automate operational processes.

Key responsibilities
include:
* Administering Linux systems and virtual machines across private cloud platforms.
* Automating infrastructure and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
* Supporting CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes environments.
* Monitoring platform health, investigating incidents and implementing lasting improvements. Requirements
* Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
* Experience with OpenStack or VMware.




* Practical knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes.
* Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools.
* Bash or Python scripting skills.
* Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients. Experience with monitoring tools, GitOps, security hardening or business-critical environments would be advantageous. What is on offer:
