The Technical Consultant serves as the clinical and technical expert for the ILLUMISITE Platform, supporting customers throughout system implementation, training, and clinical utilization.
Working closely with healthcare professionals and commercial teams, this role delivers procedural support, application expertise, and education to drive successful adoption of advanced pulmonary technologies.Provide clinical and technical support for the ILLUMISITE Platform throughout the customer lifecycleDeliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer education programsSupport system installations, implementation activities, and customer onboardingProvide on-site procedural support before, during, and after clinical casesTrain physicians and clinical teams on platform functionality, workflows, and best practicesTroubleshoot product, applications, and workflow issues and coordinate resolutions with internal partnersPartner with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support business objectives and customer successDevelop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key customer stakeholders.Required Qualifications:(Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare, or related clinical/scientific discipline and at least 2+ years of experience supporting medical technologies, clinical applications, or healthcare customersExperience delivering product demonstrations, customer training, or technical presentationsExperience supporting healthcare professionals in a clinical, technical,
