In this role, you will assist online shoppers with inquiries related to purchases, product lines, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Your Role
* Provide customer support across phone, email, and chat in Spanish, Galician, and English.
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding online orders, purchases, and product details.
* Resolve issues related to deliveries, returns, exchanges, and after-sales requests.
* Offer clear information on store policies, promotions, and shopping procedures.
* Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally, taking ownership through to resolution.
* Maintain accurate case records and customer information within CRM systems.
* Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex inquiries efficiently. Your Qualifications
* Native-level or fluent Spanish and Galician (written and spoken).
* Strong command of English.




* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving mindset with empathy, patience, and a customer-first focus.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital customer support tools and multi-system platforms.
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce environments is considered an advantage.
* Passion for fashion retail and e-commerce customer care.

Permanent employment contract, full-time (39 hours/week) on-site in Barcelona, Spain.
* Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 23:00.
