Описание: We are looking for a Python Developer to join an R&D; team at the third-largest ERP provider for small and mid-sized manufacturing companies in the DACH region. The team is building an AI-based business intelligence and analytics platform, together with the data foundation underneath it. The data foundation brings business data from ERP systems into a modern cloud data platform — a data lake on AWS, a semantic layer that describes business objects, processes and a business glossary, and a fast analytical database. Задачи: You will build the backend services, data pipelines and tooling behind this, and help connect the data to the AI agents and MCP servers that use it. Требования:
* The ability to turn ideas into reliable backend solutions using AI coding agents: define implementation plans, guide execution, and critically review, test and improve the results, with enough Python proficiency to understand and take ownership of the code
* Initiative, creativity and ownership: you contribute your own ideas, challenge assumptions constructively and drive solutions from initial concept through implementation and validation
* Solid Python skills and experience with APIs, web services and backend development
* Good SQL and data modelling skills, and an understanding of what the data means and how it will be used
* Hands‑on experience building with LLMs or AI agents
* Clear, proactive communication in English
