Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within the customer support services sector while enjoying a vibrant expatriate lifestyle in a top European tech hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service via email, phone, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients
- Resolve complex inquiries,
ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the customer support services industry
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our internal CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and elevate technical issues effectively
- Adhere to established service level agreements and quality standards at all times
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our clients with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and support protocols
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on problem-solving
- Proficiency in English for corporate reporting and team collaboration
- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this Dutch Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria
