Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
Join our team in Spain as Manager Strategy and Program Delivery. You will help shape the affiliate's strategic direction by coordinating strategy planning, development, and delivery across functions, translating insights into cross-functional initiatives.
Support market strategy development and coordinate global and regional strategic planning cycles.
Prepare business updates and strategy reviews for the Management Team and regional partners.
Lead projects addressing critical business challenges and opportunities through structured problem-solving, clear timelines, and dedicated resources.
Advocate for adequate funding and sponsorship for selected project outcomes. Develop a portfolio of programs and projects aligned with strategic priorities.




Implement a Key Performance Indicator framework based on Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures principles.
Analyze the program and project portfolio to prioritize initiatives with the greatest strategic impact.
Support the Managing Director and Heads of Functions in defining and monitoring progress toward strategic goals.
University degree or Master's degree in Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Mathematics. An MBA is an advantage.
~Exposure to Finance and Commercial functions is an advantage.
~ Highly collaborative and agile, with the ability to lead internal and external stakeholders and inspire change.
~ Confidence working with and constructively challenging senior management.
~ Fluent English. Spanish will be a plus.
