Regional Sales Manager Department: Sales Sales and Marketing Director Iberia Deliver and exceed sales, growth, margin, and profitability targets across the assigned territory through effective team leadership and execution. Define, implement, and monitor the regional commercial plan, aligned with Iberia strategic priorities and product division objectives. Manage forecasts, pipeline activity, and key commercial KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. Conduct regular business reviews by territory, customer, division, and sales representative, driving accountability and execution excellence. Monitor pricing strategy, and gross margin performance. Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic customers, and other key decision-makers. Drive the launch and adoption of new products, solutions, and service models in collaboration with local and European teams. Contribute to the development of the Iberia commercial strategy and present business analyses, recommendations, and results to senior leadership. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Collaborate cross-functionally with local and European teams. Represent Medline at internal and external meetings, events, and industry forums as required. MBA or equivalent executive education is considered a plus.



Proven experience of 5+ years leading commercial teams and driving sustainable sales growth in complex business environments. Demonstrated ability to manage forecasts, pipelines, sales performance metrics, and business planning processes. Experience managing customer relationships at executive level. Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting tools, and Microsoft 365. English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent (mandatory). Company pension plan
