Oversee the specification and selection of mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with performance and sustainability criteria. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (services engineer). ~8+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design. ~ Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. ~ Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level).
