Identify product and user experience optimization opportunities, and define product requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business growth objectives. Support market expansion initiatives and the launch of new services by coordinating with marketing, development, and regulatory stakeholders. Act as the “eyes and ears” of the company in the market, feeding local insights back into the regional and global product roadmap. Develop and implement growth strategies to drive improvements in core business metrics. Track and assess competitive positioning and product performance across the region.



Define product propositions and support go-to-market strategy development. Manage day-to-day operational activities, including content governance, user experience monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. Track performance metrics and user feedback post-launch, and use insights to inform future product iterations.
