BUSCAMOS: Full Stack Developer (Java / Spring Boot / Angular) Responsibilities & Tasks

Key responsibilities
Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements. Design software architectures and propose technical solutions aligned with business needs. Document functional and non-functional requirements. Develop, debug, test and maintain application code. Design and implement full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and Angular. Develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support. Work with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server and Oracle Database. Apply software architecture principles and Java performance optimization techniques. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and other developers. Support the continuous evolution, maintenance and improvement of the platform. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application reliability and performance. Participate in code versioning and collaborative development using Git. Context Full Stack Developer position focused on Java/Spring Boot backend development and Angular frontend development. The project is within the Capital Markets sector, requiring experience in financial markets, trading-related systems or a strong understanding of the industry. The role covers the complete software development lifecycle,



including requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, testing and production support. The adecuado candidate combines strong technical skills with analytical thinking and the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams. Minimum 2 years of experience in Full Stack software development. Technical Skills Backend Development – Java & Spring Boot Minimum 2 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot. Strong knowledge of Java 11 or higher. Experience developing microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot. Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns. Understanding of low-level Java concepts, including thread management, garbage collection and resource synchronization. Experience debugging, maintaining and optimizing Java applications. Frontend Development – Angular Experience developing frontend applications using Angular 8 or higher. Ability to build and maintain scalable, maintainable user interfaces. Experience integrating Angular applications with backend services and REST APIs. Databases & Data Management Experience working with relational databases. Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle Database. Familiarity with non-relational databases. Ability to design, query and optimize database interactions.



Testing & Quality Assurance Experience with software testing and debugging. Knowledge of functional testing using Java. Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks. Development Tools & Integration Experience using Git for version control. Knowledge of REST API integration and data exchange formats. Experience working with XML, JSON and XSD schemas. Capital Markets & Financial Systems Experience working on Capital Markets projects or within financial institutions, or strong knowledge of the sector. Understanding of financial markets, trading systems and related business processes. Familiarity with financial industry architectures and integration requirements. Knowledge of the FIX Protocol is desirable. Desirable Skills Experience with AWS Cloud Services. Experience with Cucumber and Selenium. Knowledge of UNIX environments. Familiarity with the FIX Protocol. Experience working with XML, JSON, XSD and other data exchange formats. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Communication & Personal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively. Ability to make decisions in complex technical and business environments. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Languages ~ English – Professional working proficiency – Mandatory.
