We are seeking a Commercial Director – Bilbao (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. After entering Spain in 2024, we have established ourselves as the third-largest private provider of ophthalmology care in the country, with over €100m in revenue across 5 hubs and more than 20 locations, including a recently signed and large-scale addition to our network. Our ambition is to continue this momentum, expanding our provision of high-quality and innovative ophthalmic care across Spain through both organic and inorganic initiatives. As Commercial Director, you will take over the commercial management of our eye centers in Bilbao and Oviedo, leading and optimizing their business activities. Your responsibilities include strategic oversight, performance management, team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lead the commercial side of our eye centers: Monitor operational KPIs such as patient satisfaction, financial indicators, revenue, expenses, and profitability.



Partner with the finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures. Define performance targets: Conduct performance reviews and set goals with your teams. Create a positive working environment that fosters performance through effective communication and collaboration. Develop regional strategic plans aligned with our overarching business goals, in close collaboration with local physicians and specialists. The other Commercial Directors in Spain.
