You will work in an international environment where collaboration, customer focus, clear communication, and proactive account management are key to delivering a high-quality service. Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer balances in line with Air Products' Credit & Collections Escalation Policy Anticipate and communicate with Customer Services, Sales Representatives, and customers regarding disputed items, potential payment issues, and credit hold situations Support and act as backup for fellow collector associates as requiredLiaise with the Credit & Collections Team Lead on all credit related issues. Fluency in English, both written and spoken Basic accounting knowledge, particularly in customer accounting Proficiency in MS Office applications Ideally have experience handling inbound and outbound calls, preferably within a Credit & Collections environment Strong negotiation skills,
