Supporting teams in managing and reducing risk by designing, implementing, and testing controls Performing risk, control assessments, and deep dives within various product and technology teams to come up with actionable insights Managing risks proactively to reduce/limit major incidents, breaches, or examples of non-compliance in technology risk Delivering technology risk insights for the Board and executive committees, including data-driven risk reports and monitoring metrics (KRIs, BCIs) Knowledge of IT infrastructure (cloud), operations, software, hardware, data flows, change control, access management, etc., Familiarity with products, services,



and tooling related to technology product delivery with Agile and Kanban ~ Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data ~ Experience providing control testing support to 1LoD ~ Fluency in English Solid data and SQL skills Knowledge of information security concepts (access management, data protection, cloud security, infrastructure, application security) Building a general financial super app isn’t enough.
