Mid Python Developer – Data & AI Backend (Spain) Present Connection is an international technology partner with offices in Lithuania, the Netherlands, and Spain. We are looking for a Python Developer to join an R&D; team at the third-largest ERP provider for small and mid-sized manufacturing companies in the DACH region. The team is building an AI-based business intelligence and analytics platform, together with the data foundation underneath it. The data foundation brings business data from ERP systems into a modern cloud data platform – a data lake on AWS, a semantic layer that describes business objects, processes and a business glossary, and a fast analytical database. AI agents on top of it answer business questions in plain language: show me this customer's open orders becomes the right data, fields and filters. You will build the backend services, data pipelines and tooling behind this, and help connect the data to the AI agents and MCP servers that use it. The ability to turn ideas into reliable backend solutions using AI coding agents: define implementation plans, guide execution, and critically review, test and improve the results,
