* User ́s support: remote and on-site support.
* Microsoft System Administration: Medium level.
* Appreciate AZURE's knowledge.
* Manage Active Directory: manage user accounts, sec. groups, and distribution lists.
* Office 365 Apps and Exchange: Acknowledge to user email administration and manage O365 features.
* Give remote support and physical support to all stores in EMEA.
* Experience with ticketing system tools (Manage Engine and JIRA).




* Support and maintenance of users' computer equipment (PC, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, peripherals, and wires).
* Phone support for internal users.
* Incident Management (SLA).
* Acknowledge Network devices (medium level) (Routers, Switches, Firewall).
* Document incidents/Problems in Ria's store applications.
* Generate reporting | Impact analysis.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze/troubleshoot complex problems.
* Update and manage Support and Incident tickets. Qualifications – External
* Title in system administration and network.
* Acknowledge an Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Servers, Workstations, and Printers).
* Acknowledge microcomputing.
* Medium
- High English Level.
* Other technical skills desired.

* Understanding of TCP/IP.
