Fundació per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya seeks a highly motivated PhD researcher to join its Collaborative Doctoral Partnership with the JRC. The project focuses on economic aspects of energy governance, applying post-normal science to policy under uncertainty and helping decision makers in European energy infrastructure funding. In year one you will develop a methodological framework, test it with case studies on SMRs, and in later years relocate to Karlsruhe to collaborate with policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
