The candidate must have experience in hospitality, account management and mostly search engine marketing (SEM – Google ads and Facebook). Eager candidates will be highly regarded.
Userguest is currently looking for a SEM Account Manager to join our team and work on new exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide support and build long-lasting relationshipsManage Google Ads campaigns for our clients.




Optimize existing accounts and implement SEM best practicesRun Facebook paid campaigns based on customers’ needs and strategiesSet up regular reporting and strategy calls with customersProficient in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking pixels on Google ads and FacebookDeliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, applying companies cs guidelines and best practicesAct as the main point of contact throughout the customer engagementActively identify customer challenges and suggest better solutionsAct as a customer’s trusted advisor and partnerRequirements:Proficient in English (Secondary language a big plus)Self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyTechy profile with a Good understanding of e-commerce technical concepts: tracking solutions, Google tag manager, and website scripts.
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in hospitality tech and marketing is essentialExperience running Google ads and Facebook campaigns a MUSTConditions:
