This is not a traditional backend role. It's for engineers who want to build, ship, and deploy AI-powered systems directly into real client environments, fast.
The RoleAs a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, and deploy AI-driven workflows powered by LLMs and agent-based systems. You'll take ownership from architecture to production.
Designing backend architectures in Python (FastAPI-heavy stack)Integrating AI systems (LLMs, RAG pipelines, structured outputs)Building APIs and microservices for client-specific workflowsDeploying scalable, containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes)Debugging production issues and improving system reliabilityTranslating business requirements into clean technical solutionsYou won't just ship code
