You will manage implementations with a strong customer focus, coordinate stakeholders across the project lifecycle, and contribute ideas that make our onboarding processes even more scalable and effectiveOwn and coordinate end-to-end customer implementation projects for EQS compliance solutions, from kickoff and planning through go-live and handoverGuide customers through project milestones, timelines, deliverables, trainings, and workshops to ensure a smooth and transparent onboarding experienceTranslate customer needs into structured implementation plans, advise on configuration decisions and rollout approach, and contribute feedback that helps improve our products and internal processesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactivelyManage project delivery by monitoring timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and next steps in a structured and customer-oriented waySupport go-live preparation, validate key implementation documentation, and collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure a smooth post-launch handover that sets the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retentionYou have completed a university degree, vocational training,
