Our client is seeking a vibrant and organized Childcare Assistant and Activity Coordinator for their facility in Queenstown . This role is pivotal in supporting the lead educators and ensuring a positive, engaging, and safe environment for children. You will play a key role in organizing and leading stimulating activities that promote learning and development across various age groups. Key Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and supervision of children.
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging recreational and educational activities for children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Help maintain a clean, orderly, and stimulating learning environment.
- Support children's personal care needs,
including feeding and hygiene.
- Communicate positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements

- Previous experience in a childcare setting or working with children.
- Passion for child development and creating fun, educational experiences.
- Strong organizational and planning skills for activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a responsible attitude.
- Childcare certifications (e.g., First Aid) are highly regarded.
